ICE is proud to announce a new HARP Licensee, Cloven Fruit Games! They are creating a brand new and exciting setting based on HARP SF called After Worlds! This line is a joint venture where Cloven Fruit handles the content and ICE handles the rest. It is a fun and exciting background and we think you will enjoy it. AfterWorlds is set in a post-apocalyptic world and daily life is a constant struggle. Nobody was prepared for the virus that swept the world, creating mutants out of ordinary people. Special camps and an massive relocations were only the beginning. This was followed up by a series of "natural disasters" that soon were revealed as man-made and part of a covert war that soon turned public when nuclear weapons were used. Then came the other weapons and devices that seems to be straight out of a science fiction story, such as the EM Cannon that fried Salt Lake. It has been a long, hard 30 years, and mankind is struggling to crawl back to the civilization that it used to have. March 14, 2007: NEW! HARPer's Bazaar 1.12

Welcome to the twelfth issue of the HARPer’s Bazaar. In this issue I bring you some additions to the Condensed Combat Rules from HARPer’s Bazaar #11.

The rest of the issue is devoted to Cyradon. We present you with four new Clerical Orders. A Clerical Order for one of the Anias Shrine Deities; one for one of the Rhona totems, the Gryphon Varaghra, and finally the Arali Asyr. Both the Varaghra and the Asyr built off of the Shaman profession from HARPer’s Bazaar #6, so you will want to make sure that you have a copy of it handy.

Dec 4, 2007: HARP Cloth Bounds are here!

We have just added 5 new products to our online store! Gorgeous cloth bound versions of the HARP core rulebook ($45), Martial Law ($38), Monsters: A Field Guide ($40), College of Magics ($40), and Loot: A Field Guide ($40). The cloth is Hunter Green in color, and the title of the book will be in gold foil in the lower right corner of the cover (yes, the image is a placeholder, and not fully accurate). These cloth bound books are tough and durable and feel great in the hand. They are also padded for that extra touch of class and are very damage resistant. They make for excellent Christmas presents!

August 17, 2007: HARP: Battlemaster!

Battlemaster is a hex-based set of miniature movement rules for HARP. It is designed to let our customers take advantage of the wide range miniatures and color maps currently available. Our minis of choice are, of course, Disposable Heroes from PIG Games. Battlemaster uses a scale of 1 hex = 3'.

Originally it seemed logical to use the more conventional scale of 1 hex = 5', but a Japanese friend pointed out that that scale would make the system difficult for our international customers to use.

HARP: Battlemaster also debuts ICE's new line of ready-to-run adventures, and marks a cooperative venture with GM Syndicate. The color map and the ready-to-run adventure in Battlemaster, Flamewatch Keep, were produced by the folks of GM Syndicate. We plan to be using many of their maps and adventures for future ready-to-runs. We will also be commissioning them to do maps for future ready-to-run adventures produced by ICE authors, As an extra bonus, PIG Games has supplied a all the Disposable Heroes that you need to run the Flamewatch Keep adventure.
